Managing Partner

Degree in Organization and Information Systems from ISGB – Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária, Lisbon; Post-Graduation in Advanced Management for Executives from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon; certification in “International PMO Practitioner” | IPMO Advisory Zurich and “Change Practitioner” | PROSCI, New York.

With over 30 years of experience in Angola, Portugal, and Spain, João has held positions as General Director and as a member of the Executive Board in various companies and sectors of activity.

Marisa Prazeres Valério

Managing Partner

Degree in Economics from ISEG, Lisbon, and executive training in The Corporate Entrepreneur: Driving Innovation & New Ventures from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, San Francisco.

With over 20 years of consulting experience in the “Big 4” in Portugal and Angola, with a focus on the Energy and Air Transport sectors. Marisa has extensive experience in strategic transformation and reorganization programs, optimizing the financial function and operations.
